We’ve designed all our processes to be as straightforward as possible, and the step-by-step guide below takes you through how to work with us. We’re always here to help though if you need any information,advice or guidance – just call, email or message us.

  • Step 1: Read all about us.

We offer a best range of products, materials, finishes and bespoke details. So it’s worth getting to know the options in case you discover something you’d not thought of.

  • Step 2: Register with us.

We only work with professional photographers. Register your name with us, contact us for current photographer pricing.

  • Step 3: Design your album your way.

You can create your design using album designer software, InDesign or Photoshop templates, Fundy, SmartAlbums Or send us your images and let our design service do the work for you.

  • Step 4: Check your files.

We want everything that leaves us to be exactly how you intended it to be. Seven pairs of discerning eyes inspect each album, but you can help too by making sure you’re completely happy with what you send us. Please double check your files, any text and your shipping address.

  • Step 5: Consider those extra special touches.

You’ve finalized your design and checked it. Once that’s done, we’ll send an estimated shipping date.We aim to ship your albums within 10 working days for Flush Mount Albums and 15 working days for Fine Art Albums, but it can take a little longer during busy times.
If we have any questions about your order, we’ll contact you and will also update you on progress. All you have to do now is sit back and wait for your delivery.

  • Step 6: Place your order.

You’ve finalized your design and checked it. Once that’s done, we’ll send an estimated shipping date.We aim to ship your albums within 10 working days for Flush Mount Albums and 15 working days for Fine Art Albums, but it can take a little longer during busy times.If we have any questions about your order, we’ll contact you and will also update you on progress.

Studio Samples:

Give them a feel for it

It’s difficult to fully convey the exceptional quality of our albums in just an image, so we produce studio samples at a reduced rate for you to show to clients.

Test Print:

To achieve the very best quality and consistency for your images, we regularly optimize our color profiles. But we know you’ll want to make sure you’re completely happy with how your photography transfers from your screen to our Photographic and fine art paper before you order.Our test prints service is great if you’re new to our products, or you already love our work but want to double check your color management systems.

Special Production Services:

Photography is very personal, so we appreciate that sometimes you might have special requests. Below are some of the production services we offer to meet such needs.

  • Female-only production

Some clients, often for religious reasons, want their images to be viewed and handled by women only. We can accommodate this with our female-only process, which ensures only female members of staff work on the album from order to shipping. All files for the project are kept on a secure server and logins are only provided to female members of staff. Order sheets are also concealed in separate, clearly marked folders. And if any spreads need to be reprinted, perhaps due to a blemish for example, we shred the old spreads so they can’t be seen.Once the order has shipped, we delete all the project files from our server and shred any related paperwork.

  • Non-disclosure agreements

If you’re working with high-profile or celebrity clients you may need the protection of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We have an NDA that we can send to you for completion and for us to then sign.We also assemble a small team to work on the project to minimize the number of people involved in it. And all relevant files are stored on a secure server, with access to them limited to the selected production team. Once the order has shipped, we delete all the project files from our server.

  • Rush orders

If, for whatever reason, you or your client need a product delivered sooner than the usual turnaround times, we do what we can to fulfil the request. And we don’t charge extra for it.
As we’re very conscious of maintaining standards for the work we already have booked in, we can’t always handle rush orders, but it’s definitely worth asking.
Bespoke

If you can’t find what you’re looking for among our products, please get in touch – we’re always happy to talk about bespoke projects. Whether you need a different leather/fabric, shape, size or finish, we’ll look at what we can do to make it work.

  • General Album Information:

    * What is a spread and what is a minimum number of spreads in an album?
    A spread is equal to 2 sides. The minimum album size is 20 spreads (or 40 sides). The maximum number
    of spreads is 35 (or 70 sides). If you would like to order less than the minimum, it will be the same price
    as our 20 spread album.
    * Do you offer studio samples at discounted rates?
    Yes! Studio samples are at a discounted rate of 20% off the price of an album. Studio samples are
    available in all sizes as required.
    * Can I supply my own artwork to personalize an album cover?
    You sure can! We accept vector files only (AI, CDR,PNG, EPS format), however we may be able to work
    with a high resolution JPG. Please note that any files supplied to us will need to be in the exact size that
    you wish them to appear on the album cover.
    * Can I get a discount for ordering multiple copies of an album?
    No. Each album uses the same amount of materials and labour, so we are unable to offer a discount for
    multiple copies.

  • General Information:

    * How can I obtain pricing and place and order?

    AISHWARYA ALBUMS was created by a pro photographer, exclusively for pro photographers (sorry, we do not sell directly to the public). For pricing you need to contact us, register your photography business name with us.

    * What payment options do you offer?

    We accept payment transfer through online net banking, google pay, phonepe and international payments through Paypal. * How can I view your Albums? Studio sample albums can be ordered at a discounted rate of 20%. We also offer a free test print service. Please email sample images along with your postage address. Additionally, we are more than happy to meet with you over a coffee and show you some samples if you’re based in Beed and surrounds.

    * Will you release other album styles?
    We have big things planned, which we can’t quite fill you in on yet, however if you sign up to our
    mailing list, you’ll be the first to know what and when they will be released!
    * Can you send me a swatch kit of available cover options?
    Yes! Swatch kits will be available to purchase for your studio shortly. Stay tuned.

  • Album Design + Layout Information:

    * Can I provide my own printed spreads?
    No, we cannot guarantee albums that have been printed from external labs. We believe our printing is exceptional and invite you to try our test print service if you would like to check the quality.

    * Can you design my album layouts?
    Yes sure! We offer design service.

    * How can I upload my album layouts?
    We accept album layouts via Wetrasnfer, Dropbox or Google Drive. Please upload your files or send us
    the link to email [email protected] If you are placing multiple orders at one time, please place the files in separate folders so we can differentiate your layouts. We will check the files against the information you have submitted in your order to ensure we have received the correct number of files.

    * How should I name my files?
    Naming your files correctly is extremely important as your album spreads are printed and bound in sequential order. We recommend using a number at the beginning or end of your file name and ensure each number is two digits. i.e.01, 02, 03 and so on…

    * Do you check/color correct my layouts prior to printing?
    As the photographer, it is your responsibility to check images and layouts supplied to us to ensure they’re of an acceptable quality, prior to sending through to us. While we will do our best to pick up any errors, we will not accept responsibility for any issues due to poor image quality, alignment or layout. We ask that you thoroughly check all images and layouts before submitting to us. Additionally, we do not color correct your images and expect that the images in the layouts delivered to us are print ready images.

    * Can I make changes to an order once I’ve submitted it?
    If you need to make a change or have spotted an error within your layouts, get in touch with us as soon as humanly possible. If you have contacted us prior to your order going to print, we will be able to accept a revised file from you. If your album has already gone to print, it will be possible to replace a spread before binding, but there will be a surcharge involved, at the discretion of AISHWARYA ALBUMS.

  • Production, Shipping + Returns:

    * How long can I expect to wait for an album once my order has been placed?
    Because our albums are handmade, on average, you can expect your order within 10-12 working days, once payment has been received. Minor flaws or inconsistencies may cause an album to be rejected however we will maintain communication should this rare occasion occur.

    * Do you offer a rush service?
    Sometimes, yes. In order to ensure our products are of the highest standard possible, we rarely offer a rush service.

    * How much is shipping?
    For orders within India, shipping is maximum 350. For international orders, shipping is calculated P.O.A. However it will be added to your invoice.

    * Can you ship an album directly to my client?
    Yes! We could ship an album directly to your client and please note the shipping charges depends upon the postage address.

    * Can I return an album?
    All of our products are custom made to order and we check to ensure quality is met before sending out to you. In the unlikely event of a faulty album, returns are at the discretion of AISHWARYA ALBUMS and will only be accepted by prior arrangement from AISHWARYA ALBUMS.
